PRIVATE LESSONS
We welcome students of all abilities, many of whom benefit from one-on-one training due to personal circumstances. Whether it’s scheduling challenges, trial lessons, or a desire for more focused training, we provide tailored solutions to meet individual needs.
- Bullied youth (10-13 years old) seeking confidence and self-defense skills
- Victims of violence looking to rebuild strength and security
- New students wanting a solid foundation before joining group classes
No matter the reason, our personalized training ensures every student feels supported and prepared for success.
SEMINARS / WORKSHOPS
Our group training options are designed to fit your team’s specific needs, whether you’re looking for a quick introduction to self-defense or a comprehensive curriculum. From simple Lunch-and-Learn sessions that fit into your busy schedule, to hands-on small group seminars perfect for focused learning, we provide engaging formats that enhance safety and confidence. For larger teams, we offer in-depth group sessions and formal training curriculums tailored to your organization’s goals. Whether you need an energizing workshop or a progressive training program, our flexible group options deliver effective, practical knowledge that leaves participants ready to apply what they’ve learned immediately.
WORKSHOPS ADD MORE INDEPTH TRAINING
Our workshops are training sessions for our ETKM Students that focus on specific areas of violence that we cover much more in depth than regular classes. Our focus is for our students to be well rounded in self defense as they would see in the real world. It's not about collecting tons techniques but rather drilling the principles and the ones you know in different areas of pressure and stress.
